Hello

Sweet T Realty Referrals

Are you a licensed real estate agent and are working a full time job, or just don't have the time to commit to working with Buyers and Sellers.  If the local and national dues are adding up, but you don't want to go inactive. This is for you.

How do you know if Referral status is right for you?

Benefits

  1. Keep Your License Active: Maintain your real estate license without the obligations of full-time real estate work. Perfect for agents with other jobs or commitments!
  2. Nationwide Referral Opportunities: Refer clients anywhere in the US and earn referral fees.
  3. Minimal Cost, Maximum Potential: For an affordable annual fee of just $125, you can unlock endless referral earning potential.
  4. No Board of Realtors or MLS Membership: Skip the additional costs and obligations associated with joining the Board of Realtors and the MLS. Focus solely on referrals!
  5. Easy Transition to Full-Time: When you're ready to dive into real estate full-time, transitioning is a breeze. Simply contact our broker in charge, and we'll guide you through the necessary steps.

How it works

Once you Join Sweet T Realty Referrals, you then become a subagent of our referral division and are only allowed to refer Real Estate customers to other Licensed Real Estate Agents.   Once that client closes , and the referral fee has been received from that brokerage, you will then receive your portion of the referral fee.

You will still be required to hold an Active Real Estate License and pay your renewal fees and complete your Mandatory Continuing Education biennially, on or before June 30 of your renewal year.

Ready to become a Referral Subagent?  Email Tammy@sweetTrealty.com and we will get you signed up.
