- Tuesdays (Sept. 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th) — Class 5:30–9:30pm
- Thursdays (Sept. 10th, 17th, 24th and Oct. 1st) — Class 5:30–9:30pm
- Saturdays (Sept. 12th, 19th, and 26th) — Class 8:30am–5:30pm
- Saturday Oct. 3rd. — Test Day 10am–3pm
Attendance & Course Exam
Students must attend all scheduled class sessions to receive course credit. The course examination must be completed in person at SC Real Estate Academy.

What Happens After Unit I?
Completing Unit I: Real Estate Principles is an important step toward earning your South Carolina real estate license, but it is not the end of the licensing process.
After completing the required education, students will continue through the South Carolina licensing process, which includes applying for examination eligibility and successfully completing the required licensing examination.
South Carolina also requires Unit II: Advanced Real Estate Principles, a 30 hour course, as part of the education required for licensure.
